After being advised of the identity of the interviewing agents and the nature of the interview , -- provided the following information: (■� - had been the - - -/ ■■ ■■ -for -years. (■� On -September 20 23, - was with ■■ contractors- working on a special project with -She had restricted the air spacee ine■■ ■■ for the upcoming tes ts. At 7:02 am, the contractors r eceivede the bases' standard - (■■ brief, got into threee vehicles, and began driving to the site they were going to use for testing. (■� - -drove the first vehicle with -- as the front passenger. - -- contractors - -■■ ■■ and - -were in the second ande third vehicles. - (■� Between 7:15 and 7:30 am, - drove down - -to ae gate that restricted access to part of the - -attempted to opene the gate remotely using a fob. The gate opened just a little and then closede on three separate tries. On the fourth attempt the gate opened completelye and stayed open. The l i ght was an i ntense d i amond w h ite l ight with what appeared t o be a r i ng arou nd t he light and was located o n t he eas t ern end of the ob j ect . The light was point i ng south eas t and l ooking at i t (the ligh t ) was l i ke look ing i nto t he sun . The ob j ect was "meta lli c b r onze in colorll and was t he l ength of two or three Black h awk h e licopters l ined up nose to tail . The wi d t h o f the object was approxima t ely the wi dth of one and a hal f B l ackhawks but was hard to determ ine due the l i ght on t he obj ect' s eastern end whi ch may have been obscuring par t of the body . The objec t was comp l ete l y s ilent .
