HMS Belfast paranormal investigations

Record summary

HMS Belfast, permanently moored on the Thames, has been featured in ghost tours, paranormal investigations and media reports involving footsteps, voices, apparitions and sensations in restricted or below-deck areas. The vessel offers a valuable urban-maritime comparison because it is both a preserved warship and a heavily visited museum in a noisy riverside environment. Its historical service and wartime casualties are documentable, but specific haunting narratives may derive from staff folklore, visitor testimony or entertainment formats. Researchers should identify the exact deck, date, witness and source behind each claim.
