1994 Guadalajara UFO Wave

Record summary

Mexican UFO investigators and broadcasters recorded a cluster of reports around Guadalajara and Jalisco during 1994, including luminous objects and alleged structured craft. The episode is relevant for comparing Spanish-language media coverage, local investigation, and the way repeated reports become a regional wave. The documentation is less standardized than in later military-video cases, and surviving accounts often circulate through television programs, books, and investigator archives. Conventional explanations, translation issues, and retrospective grouping all complicate reconstruction of the chronology and the number of independent witnesses.
