Turin police UFO encounter reports

Record summary

Italian UFO publications describe one or more Turin-area reports from the 1970s in which witnesses, reportedly including police personnel, encountered unusual figures or occupants associated with a UFO. These accounts could help compare institutional witnesses with ordinary close-encounter narratives and reveal how Italian case files were assembled. The problem is that English-language summaries often collapse several Turin reports into a single “police encounter.” A researcher must identify the individual witness, date, source publication and whether the account is contemporaneous or retrospective.
