2015 UK National Archives UFO-record release and recent cases

Record summary

The United Kingdom’s Ministry of Defence and National Archives continued releasing declassified UFO-related records in the mid-2010s, including files documenting reports and administrative handling of more recent sightings. The material matters for comparing encounter narratives with bureaucratic triage, military correspondence and requests for information. It is not a single wave and many files concern routine reporting rather than confirmed aerial objects. Verification should identify the specific DEFE file, report date, location and whether the account was investigated, closed or simply archived.
