Iranian air-defense UFO intercept reports

Record summary

Iranian media and translated UFO literature have continued to report alleged encounters involving military aircraft, air-defense radar, or unidentified objects over Iranian territory in the post-2010 period. These accounts are potentially useful for comparing how state security institutions describe anomalous aerial observations outside Western reporting systems. However, the incidents are often recycled from earlier decades, translated inconsistently, or presented without primary records. Researchers should separate genuinely post-2010 reports from later publication dates and distinguish official statements from ufological retellings.
