Source passage

Source text · mention only

... long been aware that Our Little People was not giving entire satisfaction to those fqr whose use it is intended, because not sufficiently simple. I find it im possible, in the limited space assigned me, to nse the whole International Text so as to make it at all intelligible to the. smaller children. We have therefore determined to change the entire plan, and also the form,' of Our Little People, and so arrange it as to adapt it to the infant classes in our Sunday-schools. There will be four pages a week, or sixteen pages a month, printed in large type, on tinted paper. The first page will be illus trated vrith a handsome picture.
