TS: Tne observers can't seem to agree on wnat exactly COURSE tne obj.looked like (one said like acigarette or cigar one said saucer shaped,one said disc shapea). One observer stated that it was seen in the NE, one said the SE and one 8.PHOTOS dian't know.The new Philladelphia and the Dover police departments both stated that no one had reported seeing "ONo anything similar to them.
