Cne 11.BRIEF SUMMARYANDANALYSIS 5.LENGTHOFOBSERVATION The observer sighted a bright orange light that looked about 15 Minutes the size of a star without binoculars.Through the 6.TYPE OF OBSERVATION binoculars the object appeared about the size of a half dollajr held at arms length.It appeared similar to a saucer shaped Ground-Visual object and had what the observer thought could have been 7.COURSE portholes.
