The first time he saw it for 3 minutes and tae second time he saw it for 2 minutes. Appearentiy the firs .TYPE OF OBSERVATION time it was orange in color and the second time red.The Ground-Visual observer said it would look like the rays from a flashlignt. 7.COURSE CaMMENrs: No course is given.
