The shape was like that of a car cupola and the 6.TYPEOFOBSERVATION edges were sharp, but light extended beyond the craft's Ground-Visual edges(HALO effect). COURSE COMMENTS: Originally the report was given for 3 Feb. 68 W by a young boy.Tne boy's mother was given a witness to 8.PHOTOS the event so a ll7 was sent to her.She stated on her completed form that the sighting had occurred on 2 Feb.. O人D 68. Surface winds for Vista at 200 hrs. were from Olo deg. at 02 knots, at 2l00 hrs calm and at 2200 hrs. from 100 9.PHYSICAL EVIDENCE deg. at O4 knots.Since the wind both an hour before es No balloon is a possible explanation for the observation.
