No noise was heard. Ground yisual omments:The observer initially reported to the Duty Off- 7.COURSE South icer that the sighting took place on 23 Nov 67 end that he saw the phenomena for l0 seconds.He was later sent a Form 117 in which he stated that he saw it on 3 Nov 67 and that 8.PHOTOS it was in sight for 5 minutes.The descritpion of the obj- nYes ect is consistant with that of an airplane with its landing NO lights on.Miamisburg is not far from Dayton Planes from 9.PHYSICAL EVIDENCE Wright-Patterson
