BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS 20 Minutes Tne observer sighted a yellow white object that was like a bright star. The object remained relatively stationary in th 6:TYPE OFOBSERVATION sky excopt it seemed to oscilate about a point. Ground-Visual CoMMENTs: The observer was sent a form ll7 but failed to returhec 7.COURSE it.The observer did not state how the object Stationary dissappeared or if it dissappeared at all.The 8.PHOTOS observer gives the direction of the object as Nw at about 55 degrees elevation. DENEB was in the NW at DYes about 45 degrees elevation. VEGAS was roughly in th KXNO NW at about 20 degrees elevation.And ALTAIR was in 9.PHYSICAL EVIDENCE the West at at abo
