BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS S.LENGTH OF OBSERVATION was no activity reported other than a C-47 over Barstow. 7-15 Minutes 6.TYPE OF OBSERVATION Observer sighted an object that had flashing lights.The observer did not actually see the object but described the Ground-Visual o 7.COURSE A.Right after point A disappeared another light woula c on S (point B).
