Stationary C-130 departed Forbes AFB, Kansas at 0436Z 17 Feb 67.The 9.PHOTOS aircraft made a right turn to intercept an airway.The IYes aircraft should have passed approximately two miles west of X1No the sighting location at an altitude of 2oco on a heading 9.PHYSICALEVIDENCE of approxinately 3l0 degrees.
