The object was silver colored and at times appeared to have 6.TYPEOFOBSERVATION a blinking red light.A second sighting was made ten iiles Grcund Visual some three hours later.Both observations were of a similar 7.COURSE object.In both cases the object dropprd out of sizht beyond the horizon. N/A 8.PHOTOS Echo II was over the area at the time of the first sighting.
