Several 2.ONE .LENGTH OF OBSERVATION 11.BRIEF SUMMARYANDANALYSIS 3hours 2.1#mN Cbserver watched various objects in the sky. The object slowly pulsated on and off. The colors were red, yellow, TYPE OFOBSERVATION green and a conbination os the three.No definite Ground Visual shape was reported.Objects moved up and dowm and left and right very erratically.Observer has seen objects .COURSE nany times in the past three days. There was a power 1.Varied .STON failure in the area on l6 Jan 67. 1.PHOTOS The description is consistent with that of an astro- Ys nomical observation.
