BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS 45 minutes : Observers watched a bright white light in the eastern sky. It appeared that the object had a blue streak dowm the 6.TYPE OFOBSERVATION miaale. The object would fade and increase very brignt. Tne cbject was compared to a brilliant egg with a blue streak dowm the middle. All witnesses reported an oval or 7.COURSE bright white light being observed. Tae cloud cov Stationary tine of the sighting was estimated 3/8-5/8 scatterea. OMT dirrerent times are reported for the sighting. One witness 8.PHOTOS said that the object was seen at 2030 hours and anotner Yes witness said it was l8oo.
