S.LENGTH OF OBSERVATION 11.DRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS One Hour Plus Observers watched a round shaped object that had red lights flashig to green then to white.It had no exhaust,tail, 6.TYPE OF OBSERVATION trail, or sound.The object was seen fron about from about Ground-Visual (Bx) 0525 to 0710z at an apparent altitude of 2000-3000 feet. It 7.COURSE then rose to 1O,Ooo feet and was last seen between the Iittle Dipper amd the North Star.
