The objects had an apparent ring around 6.TYPE OF OBSERVATION them which would rotate at one angle and then change to Ground Visual another angle. Tne witness passcd under the objects and could not see them again. Observer looked around to 7.COURSE see if he could find some plausible answer, but to NW no avail. Clinton County AFB was contacted in regards to any 8.PHOTOS unusual observations by base personnel. Base operations Yes said that one aircraft was in the area.
