One 5.LENGTH OF CSSERVATION 11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object was alternating red,eenish-blue,& white colors. 30 minutes Appeared to be round and oval. Stationary.Object just faded 6.TYPE OF CBSERVATION out of view.Observed objcct through binoculars.Object flashed & flickered,disappeared & reappeared,also changed Ground Visual Bx brightness. Observer stated object was very far away. 7.COURSE GN B.PHOTOS DY 9.PHYSICAL EVIDENCE DY No FORM 33
