PHOTOS Yes Two major discrepencies are noted.The witness said XNo that he observed the object for 23 seconds in one casc 9.PHYSICAL EVIDENCE and for only 3 sedonds in another.He also said that hc saw the object at 22l5 EDT in one casc and in another Yes he said 2315 EDT.The cas
