Source text · mention onlyPROJECT 10073 RECORD .DATE·TIME GROUP 2.LOCATION 7July66 7/0500Z Girard, Ohio 3.SOURCE 10.CONCLUSION Civilian Other(phychalogical) 4.NLMBER OF OBJECTS One S.LENGTH OF OBSERVATION 11.BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS 30 seconds Observer noted dark mass in front of exhaust.Object had indefinite shape.Exhaust light shut off completely for 6.TYPEOF OBSERVATION 5 seconds.After the exhaust light disappcared the dark Ground Visual mass was still visible. Exhaust light came on again at a considerable distance further toward the northeast.Object 7.COURSE disappeared behing some trees.There was no sound of any NE type noted. Personel interview with witness reveal.ed he had some type 8.PHOTOS pf ESP.He felt that the men in the craft were trying to Y communicate with him.He felt that the craft was not from XNo outer-space but a result of ingeneous Russian design. 9.PHYSICAL EVIDENCE Observer stated he had
