Two teenage boys observed object that was round moving five mins from sout hwest to northeast, alternatpingly flashing blue to white light. No sound, obj suddenly "blacked out" 6.TYPE OF OBSERVATION b. Two men observed round obj moving rapidly in a southeasterly direction.
