BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS 25 linntea Observer was traveling west on IR-7O when two unusual lights 6.TYPE OF CSSERVATION appeared over Richmond. One of the lights was visible for about 30 minutes after having reappeared after its initial Ground-Visual disappearance. The first light moved up and dowm very quickly 7.COURSE for short distances.When the second light appeared it moved right dow, left up before its disappearance..
