BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS 30 Minutes Object was oval in shape, black in color, and about the size df a penny. There was a cloud formation above'the object. Objeqt 6.TYPE OF OBSERVATION was seen directly overhead and was circling.A six ft diameter Ground-Visual atmospheric balloon was released at Ft Carson, Colorado at 22o. It is believed that this balloon was the cause of the sighting. 7.COURSE Release time and winds are right for it.
