BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS 2-5 Minutes Observer sharply outlined object about 15-20 ft off ground that had red blinking light. Object rose and disappeard into fog 6.TYPE OF OBSERVATION that was in area. Reappeared and this time was 2-3 ft above Ground-visuel tree line.Made noise that was whistling with a high pitch. Ooject looked like a cigar with a blinking red light. 7.COURSE No information available to indicate the sightingx was not NW that of an aircraft.Pittsburgh airport is wNw of area and woula be in direction of observence.
