Civilisn Other （REFLECTION GROUND LIGHTS) 4.NUMBER OF OBJECTS Two S.LENGTH OFOBSERVATION 11.BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS One object had red light,one had white light.Object had a 15Minutes humming sound at a high frcq.Object was first observed low to the north and disappeared low to the NE.Object traveled to the W, 6.TYPE OF OBSERYATION reversed course abruptly several times, ended going W.Lights Ground-Visual appeared to flash extrenely bripht periodically,then fade (not completely out),thm flash again.All that was noted was the 7.COURSE Lights,at low angle,no object was actually seen.
