BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Less than l Minute Object was described as'being 4 feet diameter, 6 feet long and round likc a light bulb.Object appeared bright and appaared 6.TYPE OF OBSERVATION to be across the street but did not illuminate the area. The Ground-Vi sual flight path was east to west with some slight' descent.
