The main boqy was white in color and the armg were illuminated as blinking 6.TYPE OF OBSERVATION red lights.Observer stated that while watching the object if Ground-Visual reverBed its position. Speed was slow and at times seemed to 7.COURSE hover.Object was sighted twice.The total duration for both sightings was 30 minutes.At the hour observer sighted the Hovering object, Wurtsmith AFB was recovering a tanker and Harrisville 8.PHOTOS is within the base flight pattem. The aircraft was launced accomplish one refueling mission and seven landings. Final Yes recovery was at 0650z. OCANO .PHYSICAL EVI
