BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS 10 Minutes Witness sighted a bright red light moving SE from his position. 6.TYPE OF OBSERVATION Object then appred to stop in mid air and reverse direction and proceed to the Mw. It disappeared gradually to the Nw. No Ground-Visual sound was heard. 7.COURSE The liphts conform to standard aircraft lighting.The sound cmitted by an aircraft would not be heard due to thc strong SE then NW surface wind at the 1oo0 ft level blowing the sound away from 8.PHOTOS the area.
