NUMBER OF OBJECTS One 5.LENGTHOFOBSERVATION 11.BRIEFSUMMARYANDANALYSIS 1 hour, 20 minutes Object appeared upright or flat.Red & Green in color.Larger than a Nickel at arms length.Object has a shifting positionl. 6.TYPE OF OBSERVATION Observer stated object appeared to hang in sky,with extreme Ground-Visual (Bx) brightness. 40 deg azimth, 60 deg elevation.Object was moving fron northwest to southeast. Disappeared by just fadihg 7.COURSE away.Observer used binoculars to view object. NW to SE 8.PHOTOS Yes RXNO 9.PHYSICAL EVIDENCE Yes FORM FTD SEP630-329 (TDE) Previous editions of thls form may be used.
