BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS 3-4 Minutes Observer notieced a red glowing object suddenly appear near his automobile. Object circled car twice and faded away in a 6TYPE OF OBSERVATION northerly direction. Object twice came within eight feet of Grourd-Visnal observer's moving car. Observer stated he heard definite sound of something hitting has car. 7.COURSE Circled overhead then Ferm l64 was seht but never received.
