The top of the 6.TYPE OF OBSERVATION light of a mermury arc Lamp. Tha area lighted was about thirty Ground-Visual five rercont of the total area. The bottom of the object was 7.COURSE tail,trail or exhaust. No sound.On first observance ths Wost object hovered,slowly descending and made ono very rapid 8.PHOTOS sideways movement to the West. It again began to dascand. Yes No rapidly, acting as though there were axtremely hot flames en- veloping this area.As it descended furthor it bacama stationapy 9.PHYSICAL EYIDENCE and remained in this position for at least five minutes.
