Had red, grem pnd hite lights like an a/c at initial sighting. Lights turmed Ground-Visual bright red with the left side having more red.Feature sticking 7.COURSE up on right si de observed as object caime nearer. This thing South was about 15 ft high.Sound like helo heard.Observed to 8.PHOTOS North at about the same height asa tall building l5 blocks away.Witness went inside house because tine object scared heF Ys Observed for 4 minutes.Manuver included two turns toward XXNo Lake Michigan.Witness 24 yr old woman. 9.PHYSICALEVIDENCE Yes ONo FORM FTD SEP 63 0-329
