S.LENGTH OF OBSERVATION 11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS 15 Minutes Object as bright as the stars close to it.Looked like a bright 6TYPE OF OBSERVATION star. Changed brigbness and appeared to stand still at tires Dimmed for about 5 seconds. No sound.Looked like a star only Grourd-Visual appeared to be much closer.No trail.Came from East and then 7.COURSE tumed North. Appeared to stop whm it changed directions. Speed very fast.At high angle af elevati an. West then North Witness has made multiple reports. Others in Psychological 8.PHOTOS category.This report sufficient
