Gave off lights trat were red, green, blue and hite.Moved up and dowm sideways etc.At 23l7 object split Crouud-Visual into two parts.One jart renained in the sane position and th 7.COURSE second descended to a position to the lower right ard about 1/3 of the way doun to the horizon.Moti on reported as "fla shed" West,Falling At this point it disapreared. lst cbject watched until lll5Pl 8.PHOTOS when fog obscured the area.
