BRIEP SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS 7Minutes Object appeared round to eye.Flongated when viewed throuh telescope.Appeared as a light brighter then stars. 6.TYPE OF OBSERVATION Erratic motion including stationery periods, sudden bursts Groumi-Visual （Tx） of speed, changes in brightness, end flashing or flickering. 7.COURSE Object moved in front of moon.Observed on tuo other occasions in sone place.Also reportedly observed by FAA Rising controllers at RST Airport.Object climbing fron lo elevaton 8.PHOTOS in West to 75 deg elevation in West.
