Initial observation at 45 deg in South.Final observation at sea level Ground-Visual 330 deg azimuth.Flight included descent to south and then 7.COURSE turn to Nwi.Disappeared as it travelled away from observers due to limited visibility.Total duration 2 minutes.WXwas N.N snow,l mile visibility,low ceiling,strong winds from the 8.PHOTOS Nw.Cbserved by 5 high school students while sledding.Near est approach 3/4 mile to observers.Close to water but not Ys in contact with water.Object above St James Riv
