Looked like the top of a mushroom without the stem. 7.COURSE COMMENTS: Object setting. Haze in area.Shape is consistnat Setting with Moon evaluation. Moon at lh 08.12 just above horizon in 8.PHOTOS West.lst quarter on 12 Dec and full on 19 Dec.Witness did not report Moon as being in sight and was looking in the general Y. ONXC direction of the Moon.Case regarded as a Moon observation distorted by the atmospheric conditions.Witness did n
