Observer witnessed the observation of an One exploding balloon. S.LENGTH OF OBSERVATION 11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS 20 Minutes Object appeared red with tuo white dots underneath which seened to revolve around the red object. Round in shape, three feet in 6. TYPE OF OBSERVATION diameter. Appeared to remain constant and slowly descended.
