SOURCE 10.CONCLUSION Civilian BALLOON NUMSER OF OBJECTS One S.LENGTH OF OBSERVATION 1I. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object flew directly overhead at what appeared to be a very 5 Saconds high altitude. Object appeared to be white, round in shape, TYPE OF OBSERVATION When first sighted object apparently of metallic construction.V was flying horizontaly, then it took an abrupt vertical ascen, Ground-Visual and later descended to its former position. 7.COURSE Information indicates weather balloon fram Bedford AFB, Mass. could have been in that area during the time of the sighting. E and NE Observer was evidentally off on his estimate of the duration pf B,PHOTOS the sighting since it could not have gone throught tha motior he described in 5 seconds. Ys XE.
